After or Before hours services are available and are charged an additional $10 per visit.

House Security Check
All extended contracts of more than 3 days include household tasks during the scheduled time.
I'm happy to change which lights are on, bring in the mail and water your plants (up to 5) for free, there is an additional charge for larger numbers.

48 hours of start date = 25% of total amount due for sit job
24 hours of start date = 50% of total due for the sit job
Day of = 100% of total amount due for sit job
Holiday Cancellations

14 days of pet sit/overnight job = 25% of total amount due
7 days of pet sit/overnight job = 50% of total amount due
3 days or closer to start of service = 100% of total amount due
